Summer Squash Blossoms

Look at my beautiful yellow squash blossoms, these blossoms are huge about 6 inches wide and 7 inches long.

Below is the squash begining to grow, and I'm looking forward to eating it.
How to fix summer squash:
Slice in 1/4 inch rounds saute in a little olive oil with a little garlic salt until crisp tender. Transfer to dish and sprinkle with a generous amount of shredded parmesean cheese.
You can also slice the squash in long verticle slices and grill on the barbecue sprinkling with a little salt and afterwards adding the parmesean cheese.
